Justin Reid has been Head of Digital and Social Media for VisitBritain since 2007. During that time the flagship website www.visitbritain.com won Best Tourism Information Website at the World Travel Awards 2008 and 2009, their Twitter account @VisitBritain was voted Best National Tourist Board Twitter feed by the Times Online and more recently Facebook have conducted a case study into their consumer account LoveUK as an example of how to interact and engage with fans. Prior to his current role Justin was VisitBritain's Commercial and Contact Centre Manager for the Americas based in New York.
