I have invested 18 years of my life with the Emirates Group, 10 of them in senior management positions within Emirates & then launching the first TMC - Business Travel International (now HRG) within Middle East. I then left for Singapore to join TQ3 Travel Solutions (part of TUI Germany) as Managing Director - Asia Pacific & Middle East, a position I held for 4 years. I helped launch TQ3 in Asia Pacific & Middle East regions & led the team until the company was sld. I then came back to Dubai and set up my own consulting business, with branches in Delhi, Singapore & the recently opened one in Shanghai. My first assignment was to consult for Dubai Holding, assisting them to set-up Thomas Cook Middle East. I currently have a range of consulting projects - from sourcing targets for acquisition by a Spanish BPO within Asia to setting up a Travel TV Channel in India for a local conglomerate. I am simultaneously developing my own Online Portal as the founder & looking to create another first, after having introduced TMC's to this region almost 16 years ago. I plan to launch the first i-TMC within Middle east (Internet based Travel Management Company Network) branded Bookaticket.com.
