- Greeting and assistance at Cairo Airport.
- Transfers (Cairo/El Gouna/ Cairo by air conditioned bus for free ) The trip is about 5 hours from Cairo to El Gouna by bus, and an one hour by plane and 30 minutes from the Hurghada airport to El Gouna –available transportation from the Hurghada airport to El Gouna .
The Registration fee doesn’t cover:
- Any service not mentioned in the conference program.
- Extra nights’ accommodation.
- Domestic or international flights.
- Any extras such as laundry, drinks, telephone calls or internet access in room.

Registration is open to all specialists and interested people from all disciplines and scientific backgrounds. The 1350 USD registration fee includes attending all sessions, workshops, social events, coffee breaks, visiting the exhibition and tourism stands, a certificate of attendance and the Conference Proceedings. Early Bird Registration is (1350 USD) for registration before 30. 10.2009 Conference registration will be confirmed after the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the Conference Registration Office.
Upon receiving your registration form, the Conference Registration Desk will provide you with full details of travel and accommodation facilities
INCASE multiple registrations occurred from the same company:
- First additional attendee ,10% Discount (off applicable rate)
- Second or more additional attendees, 15% Discount (off applicable rate)
Kindly note that the payment terms are as follow:
- A 50 % from the total payment at the beginning of reservation.
- The rest of payment will be due before the 20th of November, 20009.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received before 01/11/09 is refundable cancellation fee of $100 for payment by check and $175 for credit card payments. Cancellations after 20/11/09 are non-refundable.
